    Inspect controls and safety switches

    Inspect relays and contacts
    Inspect unit disconnect
    Chect unit wiring
    Check temperature and pressure
    Blow out condensation drains
     

     
    Fall Schedule
     

    (Recommended October - November)

    Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
    Check carbon monoxide
    Inspect burners
    Inspect all air filters
    Check Thermocouple
    Test fan switch
    Check pilot safety
    Check for gas leaks
    Inspect controls and safety switches
    Inspect flue pipe
    Check combustion air openings
    Check operation of safety controls
    Secure all panels
    Check tempature and preformance
    Check gas lines
